Our change management services

We believe our experience and expertise allows us to support our clients with three distinct change management services, depending on the specific needs and the nature of the change challenges they are looking to address including:

1. Provision of Change Managers

Working in collaboration with the project delivery team to define, plan and lead the change and produce the key change deliverables

2. Change Management Health Checks & Quality Assurance

Supporting our clients to review existing projects, to help identify any gaps and remedial activities required – either through a one-off targeted Health Check, or through the provision of ongoing light-touch QA of the change through the project

3. Change Kick-off workshops

Designing and facilitating change-focussed activation workshops at the outset of the projects. These workshops, with representatives from across the organisation, help build the case for change, align the team on a clear vision, define the roadmap to get there and surface the likely cultural issues that will impact the ability to change and how to address them

The close links between these Change Management services and our broader Project, Consultancy and Business Analysis services ensures our clients have ready access to wider expertise and skills as required to meet their project and business transformation needs whatever the industry or sector.
