Build your Business Analysis career with CBO, where we prioritise your professional growth.
We’re looking for a passionate professional, with experience of the financial services sector, who is ready to make a real impact. You’ll be part of an energising environment where variety, challenge and quality are the core of what we do. Working on high-profile engagements, you’ll find no shortage of opportunities to grow and make a difference.
When you join CBO as a Business Analyst, you can expect:
- Great professional support and facilities: everything you need to thrive, from expert mentoring and assurance as you deliver work, to modern workspaces and equipment

- A collaborative and friendly culture: at CBO we learn from each other, and have a great social scene
- A commitment to local communities: we’re proud to give back through charity initiatives and volunteering
As a Business Analyst, you will be an essential contributor in client engagements.
Your primary responsibilities will be to understand our clients’ business needs, analysing current processes and identifying key opportunities for improvement and optimisation. You will also work on capturing and translating these into requirements that will be critical in defining, prioritising and shaping the design and delivery of technology, process and organisational transformation. This will place you at the heart of our clients’ business-critical initiatives. These will, most often, be with top-tier organisations within the finance sector.
We are particularly interested in Business Analysts with experience in the finance sector, specifically those who bring:
- A strong background in regulatory change, including the analysis and delivery of regulatory projects and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of key financial services processes such as Client Onboarding (including KYC), Payments, Client Risk Assessments, Banking Platforms, and Risk & Compliance.
- Hands-on Business Analysis experience with technology and system implementations within the finance sector, ensuring solutions have met both business and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in data solutions and analytics, supporting organisations to leverage data insights for decision-making and process optimisation.
We are seeking individuals who will thrive in this environment, who have:
- A positive, solutions-driven mindset
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Self-motivation and independence
- Exceptional communication abilities
- A passion for collaboration
- Resilience, and adaptability
- A desire for meaningful and varied work.
Complementing this, you should have at least 2 years relevant experience.
A professional qualification in the discipline of business analysis is desirable, but not essential.
