As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in CBO’s client engagements.
You will ensure the controlled and effective delivery of projects, giving you the opportunity to work at the heart of our clients’ business-critical initiatives. These will, most often, be top-tier organisations in the finance sector including Banking, Trust and Fiduciary, Wealth Management and Corporate Services.
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience that aligns with our work in the finance sector, for example:
- Direct experience of managing regulatory change or regulatory related projects and initiatives.
- Experience and knowledge of key financial services processes such as Onboarding (including KYC), Payments, Client Risk Assessments, Banking Platforms, Risk Management and Compliance.
- Direct experience of technology and system implementation change within the Finance Sector.

A professional qualification in the discipline of project management is desirable, but not essential.

CBO offers a competitive salary – which is determined by the individual’s level of skills and experience. Salary estimates will be shared with short-listed candidates.In addition to this, CBO provides:

We provide all our employees with the highest quality equipment and support, for use in our modern offices in St Peter Port (Guernsey) or St Helier (Jersey), when working on client site, and when working from home. Travel outside of the Channel Islands may be required but is unlikely to be frequent.
