We are very pleased to announce that as of 1st August Rudi le Roux has joined the company as an Associate Consultant. CBO is a Guernsey-based management consultancy business with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and consultancy services for a wide range of private and public sector clients.
Rudi is an experienced Senior Consultant who has spent over 20 years in C-level executive roles within the finance industry. For the last eight years he has been Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer of a subsidiary of an international private bank. In this role Rudi has managed and led a variety of teams involved in banking operations and client service delivery, business change, operational risk management, credit and lending services, compliance, IT, operational tax and facilities.
Prior to his role as COO and CRO, Rudi held various positions as a qualified accountant. Rudi has gained valuable knowledge, skills and experience in strategy, business analysis, project management, change management, assurance, risk management, technology, financial analysis, taxation, management and leadership.
Rudi’s focus at CBO will be on working with organisations to develop governance and risk frameworks, operationalising regulatory requirements, operating models, documenting and modelling business cases and prioritising strategic initiatives.
Of his new role, Rudi said: ‘I am delighted to be joining the team at CBO. I have been working with most of the CBO team over the last 10 years where I was on the receiving end of their flexible and professional approach to delivering outstanding consulting services. I am joining CBO at an interesting time as organisations prepare themselves for the new normal. We will strengthen and expand CBO’s offering to organisations who also need help with risk & governance frameworks, third party and outsourcing management and the operationalisation of regulations such as the GFSC handbook.’
