Martin joins CBO as an Associate Business Analyst, with over two decades of experience as a project and programme manager and business analyst, leading a team of analysts and as a business owner.

He has worked across a wide variety of sectors, including financial, legal, government, medical, transport, judicial, regulatory and compliance, meaning he can successfully apply his valuable and transferrable insights and skills across different business sectors. His roles have covered a range of successful projects, including:

• Maintaining and developing core banking and financial reporting systems for a local bank, running a business re-engineering programme and formulating IT strategy.
• Comprehensively re-engineering the operational processes of a merchant bank.
• Computerisation of GP practices and implementing a network infrastructure to transfer associated data.
• Analysis and integration of diverse data sources to enable regulatory financial returns to be automated.

Martin’s strengths lie in his ability to offer broad perspectives, to quickly assimilate information and assess the key dependencies, and come up with practical solutions to complex problems.
