Abi is a Consultant project manager with more than 9 years’ experience in the retail, telecommunications and financial services sectors. She possesses a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, fostering collaboration and enabling seamless project delivery and success.

Her practical experience within operational teams led her to a career in project and product management. Abi has undertaken varied work in this profession, including the scoping and delivery of end-to-end servicing journeys for a new payment platform for a leading global FX provider. She has also lent her expertise to other projects, such as:

• Implementing HR & Payroll systems
• Integrating regulatory technology
• Contact Centre refresh and enhanced integrations.

Having relocated from the UK to Guernsey after spending eight years in Brighton, Abi brings a wealth of experience in large-scale transformation and re-platforming projects across global markets with diverse cultures.
