David is an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager with over 10 years of wide-ranging experience within public and private sectors. He holds an international diploma in Business Analysis and is our Senior Business Analyst leading the development of the Business Analysis service line for CBO, coordinating, quality-assuring and building our proposition.
David was recently the lead Business Analyst within a digital transformation for a client in the finance industry, alongside delivering services within insurance and utility companies. He also has experience of delivering the large-scale migration of clients and assets between systems, as well as regulatory and data management projects.
David has managed the upgrade of a banking system for a large offshore bank over four jurisdictions, involving over 250 users and housing details of over 50,000 clients. He also has experience of delivering client-facing state-of-the art software, for example iOS apps, an internet banking website and a new client-onboarding system.
