As an Associate Consultant at CBO, James is responsible for leading and managing projects that drive business transformation and operational excellence. Across a Project Management career that spans more than 25 years, he has developed a wealth of experience in designing and executing transformative strategies and navigating complex change initiatives.

He has led multiple successful projects, including:

• Global infrastructure transformation at Deutsche Bank
• Operational Efficiency Gains at AXA XL
• Enhancing Operational Strategies at East Harbour Associates

Alongside these achievements, James also enjoyed a career as a professional athlete. He competed globally in Formula Windsurfing and was ranked number one in the UK and within the top ten in Europe.

James’ qualifications include certifications in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and Project Management. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and has been a member of the British Computer Society as a Chartered IT Professional since 2005.
